Project Guidelines
Get InvolvedProject Submission Process:
We actively invite project ideas and initiative submissions from both GHLF members and external partners.
We have developed a user-friendly platform for submitting project proposals with clear guidelines.
We have established criteria based on alignment with GHLF mission, potential impact, feasibility, innovation, and sustainability.

Project Selection and Implementation:
Our committee of experts from various healthcare disciplines is evaluating and selecting promising projects.
We are starting with pilot projects to test feasibility and impact. Successful pilots are being scaled up for broader implementation.
We are providing selected projects with necessary resources, including funding, mentorship, and technical support.
2. Collaboration with Healthcare Organizations
At the Global Healthcare Leaders Foundation (GHLF), we recognize that only through collaboration can we achieve more. We view every organization aligned with our mission and vision as a potential collaborator, believing that together we can evolve and drive systematic change in the healthcare industry. By creating a platform to collaborate, we emphasize the importance of uniting forces to implement comprehensive and effective transformations in healthcare.
Objective: Enhance capabilities and impact through strategic partnerships.
Identify Potential Partners:
We are identifying healthcare organizations with similar missions and values to form strategic alliances.
We are seeking partners with expertise in specific areas, unique technologies, or expansive networks.

Develop Collaborative Initiatives:
We are developing and implementing projects that leverage each partner’s strengths.
We are pooling resources, including funding, knowledge, and human capital.
We have established knowledge exchange programs to share best practices, research findings, and innovative solutions.
Formalize Partnerships:
We are creating Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) and partnership agreements to outline roles, responsibilities, and collaboration frameworks.
We are scheduling regular meetings and check-ins with partner organizations to ensure alignment and address any challenges.

3. GHLF - Generated Projects Based on Unmet Needs
At GHLF, we are dedicated to implementing projects that meet genuine needs within the healthcare sector. To achieve this, our Program Committee rigorously supervises project submissions, ensuring any unmet needs and challenges are promptly addressed by generating our own initiatives if needed.
Objective: Address gaps not covered by member submissions or collaborations.
Needs Assessment:
We are conducting regular analyses of the healthcare landscape to identify emerging needs and gaps.
We are gathering input from healthcare providers, patients, policymakers, and community organizations to understand pressing issues.

Project Development:
We are facilitating brainstorming sessions and innovation workshops to generate project ideas that address identified unmet needs.
We are conducting feasibility studies to assess the viability and potential impact of proposed projects.
We are developing detailed project plans, including objectives, timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Implementation and Monitoring
Project Teams:
We are forming interdisciplinary project teams with clear roles and responsibilities. Our members, eager and committed, bring a wealth of expertise, enabling us to confidently address any challenges.
Resource Allocation:
We are allocating necessary resources, including funding, technology, and human capital, to support project implementation. Our fundraising teams are scaling grant opportunities to secure funding from donors, public sources, and corporate entities.
Monitoring and Evaluation:
We have implemented robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track progress, measure impact, and make necessary adjustments. Utilizing cloud-based digital tools for collaboration, we can monitor and evaluate each project in real-time.
